Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is superb, right in the heart of Cape Town with amazing views, and my room had a superb balcony to take it all in. However, the service left much to be desired, especially at check-in, where I felt unwelcome. The dining options were mediocre at best, with a cold breakfast being quite disappointing.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was quite good, making it easy to explore Cape Town, and I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. However, my room had heating issues during winter, which made my stay uncomfortable. The dining experience was decent but could use some improvements. While the hotel offers some nice amenities, it feels a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment.
I had a recently mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is really convenient and the staff were incredibly friendly, my initial room allocation was disappointing as it didn’t have the promised view of Table Mountain. Thankfully, they were able to move me to a room with a spectacular view, which truly made my stay worthwhile. However, I found the dining options to be lacking, especially the ground floor restaurant where service was slow and food quality was not up to par. The rooftop pool was also smaller than expected and didn't offer the relaxing experience I'd hoped for.
I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, with stunning views of Table Mountain and great breakfast options that made my mornings delightful. The service was top-notch, and I felt really well taken care of throughout my visit. However, there were a couple of hiccups with the check-in process, and I did face some issues regarding my rewards membership that detracted from an otherwise amazing experience.
I had a fantastic week in Cape Town, enjoying my stay at this hotel for 6 nights. The location was ideal, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. I loved the rooftop bar and the delicious breakfast options. The only downside was the unfortunate encounter with one of the night staff regarding breakfast timing, which left a bad taste. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with its comfortable amenities and welcoming atmosphere.
